We usually ship domestic orders via ground UPS, US Postal Service; however,
FedEx and DHL services are available, if requested.
For International & Overseas Shipping: Add at least $15.00 for regular
air.
We do, however, recommend, and in some cases require package to have
tracking service; therefore, rates do apply and will be confirmed with
customer before goods are shipped.

we work so hard to share. Our goal is for you to be absolutely happy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please
return it, or call in and make arrangements for a return/ exchange, in
good condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase, after which
a 10% restocking and processing fee will be charged. A refund (minus the
10% fee), or full credit towards another purchase, will be applied. Proof
of purchase, invoice provided with your order, must accompany the returned
item(s). Non-refundable items: books, video tapes, skin tape,Takionic*
"liquid" products to include: water, massage oil, trace minerals,
personal hygiene or skin care products as well as shipping & handling
fees.
Damaged
Goods:
Should your order arrive damaged, please keep it in its original container
and mail it back to us for a prompt replacement. All damaged goods must
be returned within 10 days.
Returned
Checks:
We reserve the right to charge a $20 processing fee for returned checks.
